I had a mixed experience at this resort. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful ocean views, but I encountered several maintenance issues that affected my stay. The pool area was lovely and inviting, which I really enjoyed. However, the customer service could use some improvement as my concerns were not adequately addressed.
